Culinary Concepts Cooking Classes

If you remember Parks restaurant in Constantia, you’ll likely know who Michael Olivier is. Parks was THE place to eat at in the 90s. Michael also appears regularly on Expresso Show so you’ll likely recognise his familiar friendly face.
Anyhow, Michael has teamed up with chef Sue Barber and the two of them will be holding regular cooking workshops. The first one will be held in Tygervalley. Now if that seems a bit far (well, it certainly is from Noordhoek), don’t despair as there will be a few more happening in the southern suburbs and in town.

What will you get out of this? Recipes for new dishes, two dinner party menus, time-saving tips, goodie bags and wine-tastings. All of that jam-packed into a morning and at the very reasonable price of R375 per person.

The first one will be happening at the Miele Studio, Mettle Building, Willie van Schoor Avenue, Tygervalley on 30 June meeting at 9.30am for coffee, and kicking off at 10am till 1pm.

For more info or to find out about future workshops, mail culinaryconcepts@iafrica.com or call 082 532 8320.
