What Katie Ate

My favourite food blogger is back! Australian Katie Quinn Davies of What Katie Ate is back from a short blogging sabbatical – which she needed to take to make time for her new cookbook (by the way, I can’t WAIT to get my hands on it.) For her new book she did ALL the photography, recipes and styling herself – a great feat if you ask me.
(Incidentally, I am also working on my next cookbook, which is why I’ve been slacking a bit on the blogging side of things … apologies! Am upping the ante as of this week, promise.)

These are Katie’s creations:

Pearl barley and puy lentil salad with roasted heirloom baby tomatoes, chorizo, green beans and baby radish

Creamy, cheesy chilli tomato rigatoni with salami, chestnut and mushrooms
